This essence is for those of us who have difficulties speaking in public, communicating or have general difficulties with speech and/or connecting with large groups of people. It is great for anyone with 5th chakra issues and who would like to communicate in a way that is deeper and more meaningful. This essence is also excellent for shy, introverted people who struggle with social nervousness or anxiety.

Mantra: 'I speak my truth with ease.'

Directions: Take three drops directly on the tongue or in water, three times a day for 2-3 weeks. After that, continue taking as you need it. Some people find flower essences particularly beneficial during times of astrological significance or certain lunar cycles. Flower essences taken during yoga, meditation or other forms of healing/ritual work are also excellent at increasing the therapeutic and healing effects of the remedy.
